One of Rotary International’s seven areas of focus is Disease Prevention and Treatment. As a Club we aim to observe these areas in our daily lives and outreach projects. As such the Rotary Club of Princes Town presented wheelchairs to two very deserving individuals to ease the burdens of their immobility. The first was distributed to a young lady of the Princes Town area who suffers from various Spinal ailments and cannot ambulate independently. We are convinced that this donation will bring great relief to her and her family as she continues on her recovery journey along with her mother and children. The second was given to Mr. JM of the Rio Claro area who recently suffered a broken lower limb and is also unable to ambulate. This wheelchair will significantly improve his mobility during his recovery period. We wish them both a speedy recovery!
