In keeping with the District’s commitment to improved training, District 7030 held its first set of RLI training for the new Rotary year in beautiful Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday 25th August, 2018 and Sunday 26th August, 2018 at Goodwill Industries in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad.
 
 
 
 
 
 
The two day training sessions were facilitated by District Governor Dominique Venere and PDG Roger Bose.  In attendance to assist with registration were the Assistant Governors of Trinidad, AG Lisa Francis (Central Clubs) and AG Debbie Roopchand (South Clubs). The two day event was well attended and represented by Rotarians  from the various Rotary Clubs across Trinidad and a few of the other islands comprising District 7030. In Trinidad, Rotarians hailed from the following Rotary Clubs: Point Fortin, Penal, San Fernando, San Fernando South, Princes Town, Felicity Charlieville, Chaguanas, Maraval, Maracas/St. Joseph, St. Augustine and Arima,  as well as also Rotarians from the Rotary Clubs of Antigua and Grenada, Basse Terre, were in attendance.
 
Parts 1, 2 and 3 were successfully facilitated over the two day event, with a few Rotarians receiving certificates for completing all three parts.
