Movie Night at Kernaham

On Saturday June 23, 2012 children at Kernaham were treated by Rotarians and spouses to a Movie Night which was held at the village Church.  After installing the water tanks, Rotarians Rudy, Rishi and President Bashir set up the equipment for the movie whilst PP Vilma, spouses Dianne and Narisha and young Nabeel assisted in setting up the snack station.

Rotarian Rudy gave the children a wide range of choices and the majority voted for “Lion King”.  Over 50 children and some parents were in attendance.  The children enjoyed freshly popped popcorn, fruit juices, sandwiches and a treat bag.  It was a highly successful event and much appreciated by the children who wanted another Movie Night soon.
