Enhancing our meeting on March 7th was feature speaker, Dr David Brizan, a leadership and management authority who developed a contextual approach to training.

He advised that the chief instrument needed for cultural change was a paradigm shift in our language, our vocabulary. He continued.….. with the need to speak differently rather than to argue well. Dr Brizan defined responsibility as a willingness to experience ourselves as the cause and he reiterated that we are the source of what we have.

Our Club also welcomed the spouses who benefitted as well from the motivational words and concepts outlined by Dr. Brizan.  We concluded the evening with a lovely cake, celebrating with the Rotarians and the spouses who were one year older that month. Best wishes to each of them and Many Happy Returns!
