On 14th August, 2020, our club collected 70 food hampers from PriceSmart La Romain to distribute to the less fortunate families.
This initiative was part of PriceSmart's assistance to countries in the Caribbean as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. PriceSmart allocated 420 hampers to the south cluster of Rotary Clubs for distribution.
On site to oversee the collection process was AG Debbie Roopchand, whilst President Rishi Ramlogan, Dr. Ronald Gobin, Service Projects Director, Michael Cooper-Ochiengh and PR Director Rudranath Maraj were present to collect the hampers on behalf of our club. #pricesmart
