The Rotary Club of Princes Town as peacemakers was pleased to be one of the collaborators for the 7th Annual Mediation Symposium hosted by the Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago (“MBTT”), which took place during the 11th to 13th September 2017 at the Hyatt Regency, Port of Spain.
Over the three-day period the Club conducted a Rotary booth on site displaying information as to the upcoming World Peace Day celebrations on the 21st September 2017 which is being hosted by the Club in collaboration with MBTT and His Worship the Mayor of the City of San Fernando Mr. Junia Regrello.
Rotary booklets on peace and Rotary programmes that are geared towards youth involvement were shared with visitors to the booth over the three day period and a number of persons sought information as to Rotary and becoming a Rotarian.
