The Rotary Club of Princes Town held its Hand Over Ceremony at Canton Palace Restaurant & Lounge, Cross Crossing –

The outgoing President 2009-2010 Selwyn Fuentes and the Board of Directors for that same period was thanked for it's very successful year in which Project Revenue/Funds were increased more than any year previously and the club participated in successful Health Fairs to Rio Claro; and two to Tableland teaming-up with BGTT for one of the Health Fairs in Tableland. Scholarships for several students were awarded in 2009-2010.
Ms. Nirmala Sookhoo proprietor of SNSR Supermarket, Princes Town was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) Award and pin for her continuing contribution of Community Recognition of Service and for her support for the Rotary Club of Princes Town.
Mr. Darren Ganga was honoured with an Honorary Membership for the Rotary Club of Princes Town, for his charitable work (Darren Ganga Foundation) and assistance to the Rotary Club of Princes Town.
Incoming President 2010-2011 Suenarine "Kex" Sanmook was presented with his President's Pin and was officially handed his instruments of Appointment.
Ms. Saleel from Rico Suave Dance School performed a fantastic and mesmerising belly-dance repertoire
